The Toyota ESP 9000 Digital Embroidery Machine features 15 needles, each linked to a different colour thread. This allows multi coloured designs to be manufactured quickly and easily without the need for thread changes. The machine is capable of running at 1200 stitches per minute, but is normally run at around 1000 stitches per minute (after all you woudn't run your cars engine continuously at full throttle, would you?). Standard features include automatic thread trimming, thread break detection and bobin run-out sensing.
